The Challenge
Planning large events usually means juggling disconnected communication across vendors, venues, and hosts. The market is full of directory sites but short on true end-to-end management software.
FestivBela needed one multi-tenant application serving two very different audiences at once: planners hunting for quality vendors, and vendors who needed a real dashboard to run their business.
The Solution & Strategy
We built a dual-portal SaaS ecosystem. The discovery side is highly visual — a deep plum and magenta palette — so planners can browse, filter, and book venues and services quickly.
Behind it, an Express and MongoDB backend runs an isolated vendor dashboard for managing inventory, approving bookings, and handling invoicing automatically.
Key Features Developed
Secure multi-tenant dashboards so each vendor manages their own pricing and availability, geospatial search letting users filter by exact location and radius, and state-based workflows that automatically fire notifications for bookings and reminders.
The Impact
FestivBela now acts as a centralized operational hub that cuts real friction out of event planning. The striking, fast interface keeps users engaged through the stressful planning phase, while automated vendor workflows close the gap between discovery and a fully executed event.
